Gina Noël is an accomplished relationship manager, community builder and global citizen with 20+ years’ experience in Financial Services and small business development. She joined Pure Storage in 2022. Previously, as the Chief Administrative Officer and Director of Communications for Investment Bank, Compliance and Risk Technologies at Credit Suisse, Gina led a communications organization that supported over 10,000 employees. Other roles include various regional, business line COO stints at BlackRock, and Head of Legal and Compliance Operations at NEOM, a pioneering smart city initiative sponsored by the Public Investment Fund in Saudi Arabia. Alongside her financial services career, Gina successfully launched a small business in New York City focused on fostering human connections and community engagement for over a decade. A common thread throughout this diverse professional journey has been an aspiration to simplify complex concepts, making effective communication both her passion and profession. Gina Noel holds a Bachelor’s degree from NYU and a dual Master’s degree from Temple University.
