Effective immediately, our company name has changed from Pure Storage to Everpure. Below are some frequently asked questions about this exciting announcement.

While Pure Storage anchored our pioneering roots in storage, we have gone beyond storage to become a storage and data management company with Pure Fusion™ and our Enterprise Data Cloud (EDC) vision. Everpure captures the journey we’ve been on and our future in storage and data management.

Everpure isn’t just a name; it’s a commitment to transform storage that is static and rigid into a system that’s living, resilient, and built to grow. Our goal: to help organizations focus on business outcomes, not infrastructure. Ultimately, we are bringing our brand into full alignment with the caliber of our technology, while positioning us for our next era.

The new company name is effective February 23, 2026. While our primary, customer-facing properties will reflect the new name immediately, other assets will be updated in phases over the following months to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted transition. No action is required from you at this time.

Customers can access the 8-K filing submitted by Everpure to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on February 23, 2026 here. In addition, the public announcement made on February 23, 2026 can be found on our website.

No. It does not change our corporate structure or leadership team. This evolution is a strategic realignment of our brand to match the sophisticated caliber of our technology and the direction of our company.

As of today, nothing changes. Please continue to email your contacts with name@purestorage.com. As part of the legal name change, we will update internal and external systems on a phased basis to everpuredata.com. In the coming months, customers and partners may see both the former and new company names used. This is expected and does not impact service, support, or contractual obligations.

The entire product portfolio will be updated to reflect the unified Everpure brand. Most products will transition to the Everpure nomenclature through 2026. Portworx by Pure Storage will maintain its Portworx name, and is now Portworx by Everpure.

While our refreshed visual identity will be reflected in the look of our products moving forward, there is no change to the functionality of our existing products and platform. Some product names will change to reflect the new company name, while others will remain unchanged.

Existing products with the Pure Storage brand will be updated with Everpure over a period of regular feature releases and upgrades. We will continue to innovate the products and capabilities of the platform and customers that subscribe to Evergreen® will continue to benefit from ongoing improvements as part of our Evergreen promise.

No action is required at this time. Business will continue as usual, and you will be contacted directly if any action is needed during the transition. Please contact your Account Executive if you have questions.

Except for changing references from Pure Storage to Everpure, there will be no impact. You will have no required action to take for the change. There is no impact to your adoption of additional products or services. Other than updated company name references, no changes are required and no action is needed on your part.

No. Product implementations will not be affected by the brand transition. Except for changing references from Pure Storage to Everpure that will appear in the UI over time, there will be no impact to your implementation. You will have no required action to take for the change.

There are no changes to existing contracts, SKUs, or commercial terms as a result of the legal name change. Any future changes, if applicable, would follow standard notification and amendment processes.

Our legal entity structure, certifications, compliance status, and contractual obligations remain unchanged. Existing agreements continue in full effect under the new company name.

Over time, we expect to update the URLs for the Customer Community, CX Community, Knowledge Portal, and Academy to reflect the new company name. These updates will be made in phases, with redirects in place to avoid disruption. There is no change to how you access support, documentation, or training during the transition.

Please contact your Account Executive if you have additional questions.
